The Round Single Blade Non-Sealed (RSBN) Damper is designed to fit inside pipe sizes ranging from 6″ to 20″ round. The welded 2″ deep damper frame is undersized 1/4″ for ease of installation. Distributed by Sheet Metal Connectors, Inc., Round Single Blade Non-Sealed Dampers come with a blade formed from 16 ga galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel. They are attached by a 1/2″ round axle with a control rod that can be operated by either a hand quadrant with standoff or an actuator.

Standard Construction:
List damper as duct size – damper will be 1/4″ smaller
Frame: Sizes 6″ to 8″ 16 ga galvanized x 2″- welded. Sizes 10″ to 20″ 10 ga galvanized x 2″- welded.
Blades: 16 ga galvanized formed steel
Bushings: 1/2″ round bronze Oilite
Control rod/axle: 1/2″ round plated steel
Hardware: Plated and riveted

Material Options:
Galvanized: Standard
Aluminum: Aluminum with stainless steel set screws/bronze bushings
Stainless steel: All stainless steel

Quadrants Options:
• Galvanized or stainless steel (both with cast handles)
• Above quadrants with 2″ standoff in galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel.
