Radius Angles are fabricated standard at 45 degrees but may be customized to meet your need from 5 degrees to 85 degrees. Backed by more than 50 years of innovation, Sheet Metal Connectors, Inc. manufactures all its rectangular fittings in most sizes and configurations.Fittings come beaded unless the duct has an insulation covering or an acoustical liner. This requirement is applicable to 20 gauge or less in thickness and 3” W.G. or less. The vast majority of fittings are fabricated with Pittsburgh seams and are available completely assembled with all accessories (reinforcement, vane & rail, etc…) installed. Fittings are also available knocked down to reduce shipping and handling costs.
